We did the design and development of mdghs.se – the website for Michelin star chef Mathias Dahlgrens restaurants. How do you create one design to use as a platform for three diversified businesses and at the same time flirt with the new exciting Rutabaga concept (which is focused solely on lacto-ovo-vegetarian cuisine)? We decided early to have a minimalist approach where value was set to limit the number of elements to enhance the power of the excellent produce and workmanship. It’s not the number of ingredients, but what you do with them that create successful results – just like in Rutabaga.
