Every colour, material and design has a story to tell. It all began with a meeting with the Tibetan monk, Geshe Pema Dorje, then a visit with the indigo master Axel Becker in the fjords of Norway, then a voyage to the foot of Nanda Devi in the Himalayas. Spirit of Threads create shawls and textiles together with local craftspeople with traditional knowledge of natural colours, materials and textile crafts. Thinking long-term. Making a difference.
